Mouv Spa, WooCommerce quotes connected to an ERP

Mouv Spa sells hot tubs on a WordPress and WooCommerce site. Part of the sales go through quote requests, with a 30% deposit at checkout and shipping costs that vary with the address.

I have been maintaining and extending the site’s theme and plugins since summer 2025.

Quote requests had to land directly in the client’s ERP, JLogiciels, without manual re-entry. Amounts also had to be right at every step: shipping based on the address, deposit or financed amount depending on the chosen Alma plan.

All of this on a checkout already in production, which could not be allowed to regress.

I wrote a WordPress plugin that sends each quote request to the JLogiciels API: finding or creating the customer, sending the cart items and shipping method, with a connection test and a debug mode in the settings. Requests are stored by a dedicated quotes plugin rather than as WooCommerce orders.

On the theme, I added a shipping cost calculator in the mini cart, dynamic display of the deposit or financed amount based on Alma plans, an ACF « Best Seller » block, a gallery on content pages and a captcha in the checkout. The quote modal was later rebuilt to collect the full address.
